Overall a good time. The room was nice, comfortable, and clean, though housekeeping was a bit spotty with requests. The casino was fun, although the cocktail service was inconsistent. Location was great for exploring Reno.

My wife and I had a wonderful time. The staff were friendly and helpful, answering all our questions. The interconnected resorts were super convenient. Our room was comfortable and clean. A minor hiccup with our booking was quickly resolved with a free upgrade!
